Who we are

What we collect and why

• –Project brief form: your name, email, what you write about your project, and any optional details you add (phone, company, budget, timeline) — to reply to your enquiry. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before a contract.
• –Free audit form: your name, work email, store URL and platform — to prepare and send your report and to follow up about it once. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by telling us.
• –Anti-abuse: both forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical data (such as your IP address and browser characteristics) to tell people from bots. Analytics cookies are used only with your permission — see “Analytics and cookies” below.

Who processes it for us

Vercel (hosting), Resend (email delivery), Cloudflare (bot protection), Google (website analytics, only with your permission). Each processes data on our instructions.

How long

Enquiries and audit requests are kept for up to 12 months after our last exchange, then deleted, unless we start working together.

Analytics and cookies

Only if you allow it, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how this site is used. Nothing from Google loads before you choose; if you reject analytics, no analytics data is collected. Legal basis: your consent.

• –What it collects: the pages you view, where you came from (referrer or campaign), approximate location (country and city, derived from your IP address, which Google Analytics does not store), device and browser type, scrolling, clicks on links to other sites, site-search terms, file downloads and video plays, and two events of our own: that a form was sent successfully (which form only) and that you opened WhatsApp or Telegram from our buttons. Never your name, email or what you write.
• –Cookies: _ga (tells visits apart, 2 years) and _ga_54HL4X2XPP (keeps the session, 2 years), set only after you allow analytics. Our own wsa_consent cookie remembers your choice for 6 months and is necessary.
• –Retention: Google Analytics keeps this data for 14 months, then deletes it. Google signals (cross-device and advertising features) are off.
• –Google processes this data for us under its data processing terms. It may be transferred to the USA, under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
• –Changing your mind: open “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page and switch Analytics off. Collection stops straight away and the _ga cookies are deleted.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP). Contact us via the channels above to exercise them.
